Domestic Smoke Alarms to BS5836-6
Come to us for smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarm installation, servicing and testing to all domestic premises. Add-ons such as strobes or vibrating pads can be added for hearing impaired customers. Additionally, we can also add a remote test switch at a low level to test or silence the alarm, which can be useful if you have problems with your mobility. Detectors with a 10 year+ rechargeable lithium cell battery back back-up are also supplied, which reduce the need for you to keep replacing batteries on a regular basis.
Emergency lighting to BS5266-1
For most businesses it is a legal requirement to have some form of emergency lighting to ensure, as far as reasonably practicable, the safe means of escape of the occupants. This includes the escape routes and exits, and that any signs indicating them are illuminated to the required lux level. We are qualified and experienced in the design, installation and commissioning of emergency lighting systems, having carried out continued training since 1994, including BSI and ICEL certificates of registration.
